Cancellation and Refund Policy

This Cancellation and Refund Policy shall apply to any cancellation of subscription of the Save.app and applicable refunds. Century Gate Software Solutions Pvt Ltd, shall not entertain any refund requests if cancellation of subscription is in violation of this policy or its Terms of Service or if Century Gate Software Solutions Pvt Ltd terminates the User account for violation of its Terms of Service.
This Cancellation and Refund Policy is part of and incorporated within, and is to be read along with the Terms of Service https://mysaving.in The terms capitalised in this policy and not defined herein shall have the meaning assigned to them in the Terms of Service.
1. Century Gate Software Solutions Pvt Ltd permits cancellation of subscription/registration if a user is not satisfied with the product or service before activation of Save App.
2. Century Gate Software Solutions Pvt provide 30 days trial period to Save app from the date of subscription/registration for user evaluation and testing the app before its activation. (“Purchase”).
3. User should test and satisfy themselves, of the app functionalities and feature before its activation and clearly understsnd that no claim for refund will be entertained after the activation of the Save App.
4. The date on invoice shall be considered as final and conclusive for determining the Purchase/Activation Date.
5. Century Gate Software Solutions Pvt Ltd may permit Users to upgrade their subscription by purchasing a higher priced subscription, if any. Where a User upgrades its subscription, the refund shall be governed by the Purchase Date and not from the date of upgrade of subscription (“Upgrade Date”).
6. Under no circumstance shall a User be entitled to a refund upon cancellation of subscription after the Purchase/Activation Date.
